Resume services are available as a paid BOBCCPROS service.

Approved Fresh Start Pathway participants who qualify for reduced-cost or no-cost support may receive resume assistance as part of their approved Fresh Start plan, subject to program availability.

Revisions & Refunds

Because resume services require personalized review, writing, editing, and preparation, payments are final once work begins, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Most resume packages include one reasonable revision requested within seven calendar days of delivery and within the scope of the original service purchased. Major rewrites, new job targets, additional documents, or information provided after completion may require an additional fee.
