Whether you want to improve your computer skills, prepare for work, continue your education, organize your money, understand your credit, or create a clearer plan for what comes next, Fresh Start gives you a place to learn, practice, and move forward.
Build Skills. Build Confidence. Build Your Next Step.
BOBCC Fresh Start Pathway
Practical support for digital skills, career readiness, education, budgeting, DIY credit education, and life stability.
Your Second Chance Can Be Your First Step Forward
Starting over does not mean you failed. Sometimes your second chance becomes your first real chance to move forward with support, structure, and someone in your corner.
BOBCCPROS Fresh Start Pathway helps you organize your next step around work, education, digital skills, budgeting, DIY credit education, and life stability.
Fresh Start is for people who are ready to work toward meaningful change in their mindset, habits, stability, and life direction. We provide guidance, education, practical tools, and support, but your progress also depends on your willingness to participate and put what you learn into practice.
